En världsunik brandimpregneringsanläggning är nu driftsatt i Västerås.
Woodsafe Exterior WFX brandsäkert trä är utvecklad för att användas i exteriör miljö till exempel träfasader med träslag som ceder, thermowood, accoya med flera för en naturlig åldring.
Inget underhåll av brandskyddet behövs och ingen ytbehandling för att skydda brandskyddsmedlet krävs.
Bland referenser återfinns bland annat världens högsta trähus Mjöstornet i Norge och Gardermoen PirNord som har världens största ektak.

Brandsäkert trä som lämnar vår fabrik är CE certifierad enligt EUs byggprodukt förordning (CPR 305/2011) och dito relevant produktstandard EN14915:2013 samt innehav av nationellt typgodkännandebevis vilket fastställer att våra tjänster uppfyller Boverkets BBR och Plan, -och Bygglagen PBL (SFS 2010:900).
Woodsafe Exterior WFX är den enda CE-certifierade med Typgodkända långtidsbeständiga egenskaper i exteriör miljö vilket möjliggör naturlig åldring, helt utan krav på underhåll av brandskyddet.

Woodsafe Timber Protection is certified under ISO 9001 via RISE. Our certification proves that we conduct systematic quality work and that we have a third-party quality management system for vacuum pressure impregnation process, fixation process, internal control and continuous work for improvement and efficiency. We are a service to the construction industry to improve wood properties against fire for interior and exterior use. For us, quality means that we deliver services and products that meet customers' high expectations for product delivery, performance, quality, expert advice and service. In order to achieve this, we operate in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 9001 as follows;
- A close and longstanding collaboration with accredited fire testing and certification organisations, in order to meet the requirements and wishes of each of our customers.
- In collaboration with our customers and accredited organisations, we develop methods of following the fire technology requirements stipulated for constructions.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORK
Our environmental work is based on meeting the requirements for a sustainable environment, handling of chemical products, etc., as authorities and customers require from us, and that the company is certified according to ISO 14001 for our systematic sustainable environmental work. Our work on continuous improvement and prevention of pollution involves the following:
- Taking into account the product's energy consumption when developing treatment methods.
- Reducing waste wherever possible and sorting residual waste.
Giving priority to environmentally friendly choices of resources, such as electricity and heating by biofuel, wherever possible. The company has made an active choice to choose green electricity such as hydroelectric and wind power. Our goal is, among other things, to reduce waste despite increased production, among other things through reuse of packaging.
