It’s barbeque season! According to some, grilling might even be considered as a science of its own. It often requires knowhow and practice. Especially charcoal grilling, which by many is considered to be the authentic way of grilling.
Charcoal grilling however has challenged the dedication and motivation of future grill masters due to some recurring challenges.
The typical challenges are:
There is one simple solution to the challenges above: sufficient oxygen circulation in the burning process. A complete burning process requires a sufficient amount of oxygen.
Happibuusteri is very simple. It is basically a stainless steel pipe with air holes. The oxygen booster is placed in the center of the grill among the charcoal. While it is placed on the air vents Happibuusteri is able to distribute the essential air more efficiently and more broadly.
The grill burns faster and with less effort. Happibuusteri makes charcoal grilling easier without challenging or diminishing the experience and artwork of experienced grill masters. The power of the charcoal also lasts longer and the burning process of the charcoal is more complete. Hence, less charcoal waste is generated and the time to clean the grill is also reduced.
Happibuusteri was launched in April 2022 and is already sold in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The inventor Juha Starck is happy to answer any questions and inquiries regarding product information, reselling, distribution, and licensing.
