Exertis CapTech has been appointed exclusive distributor of MakerBot’s exclusive range of 3D printers for home, educational and commercial use, in the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland).
This means Exertis CapTech will distribute the global market-leader’s 3D printers, including
the award-winning MakerBot Replicator+, MakerBot Replicator Mini+, MakerBot Replicator
Z18, with related accessories and consumables to resellers across the region.
All printers share the MakerBot 3D Printing Platform that includes MakerBot Print for
desktop, MakerBot Mobile for mobile devices and cloud-enabled 3D printing and design with
Autodesk Tinkercad. The platform also gives instant access to Thingiverse.com, MakerBot's
3D design community for discovering, printing and sharing free 3D models. All of these
models also have an on-board camera for monitoring and sharing, along with the MakerBot
Smart Extruder, magnetically fitted and easy to swap or replace.
To ensure the success of MakerBot in the region, Exertis CapTech are now working with high
quality resellers to help continue the growth of MakerBot and give the company a greater
presence in key market sectors. Especially strong in the education field, MakerBot offers a
host of tools for educators, such as the Educator’s Guidebook, special Thingiverse Education
site with projects arranged by subject and age group. With MakerBot, you are empowering
students to become innovators and creators.
